Repairs

Firstly: Yes; I do repair jewelry that was not made or sold by A Jour.

Jewelry does wear a great deal, especially rings. These worn pieces will have to be repaired and refurbished to prevent stone loss and damage on clothing or body.

Under certain circumstances, jewelry will get damaged. Stones are especially sensitive to physical abuse. Banging a ring against a wall, or sudden temperature changes, can crack a stone.

They say “diamonds are forever”, yes if you do not break them!

Diamonds can be broken and or chipped. Chipped stones can be recut.

Despite thinking a lot about the functionality of my jewelry, these things can happen. If you need professional care and repair services, bring me your pieces for a competent evaluation.

I take great pride in my background and reputation of providing premium, European style quality jewelry and services.

If your are not fully satisfied with the design or quality of my merchandise, please return it in unused condition within 30 days purchase for a refund or store credit.

If defective, A JOUR Inc. is entire liable, and will replace or repair the piece at no charge to you. Whether the piece will be replaced or repaired is A JOUR Inc.‘s decision. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, neglect, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use.
