Warranty 

A JOUR Inc. certifies that their jewelry is free from problems caused by defects in materials or manufacturing for the lifetime of the piece of jewelry. If defective, A JOUR Inc. is entire liable, and will replace or repair the piece at no charge to you. Whether the piece will be replaced or repaired is A JOUR Inc.‘s decision. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, neglect, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use.
For replacement or repair, please contact A JOUR Inc. 
A JOUR Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
